東京工業大学理学部を卒業し、日本オラクルに入社。データベースエンジニア、顧客データ分析ソリューションの開発・セールスなどを担当。

その後、トーマツコンサルティング（現・デロイト トーマツ コンサルティング）に入社し、生保、商社、ネットベンチャー等のクライアント企業を対象に、業務改革、管理会計制度策定など幅広いテーマでコンサルティングに従事。

グリーに移り、グループのコーポレートガバナンス、リスクマネジメントの体制構築をリード。その過程で組織の組成をサポートし、社員の成長支援にも注力する。

これまでの歩みで培ってきたことを踏まえ、キャリアに悩む多くの方々の力になりたいという想いから、コンコードに参画。

After graduating from Tokyo Institute of Technology with a Faculty of Science, I joined Oracle Corporation Japan. My experience included database engineering, development and sales of customer data analysis solutions.

I then joined Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting (now Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting), where I worked on a wide range of consulting projects for clients such as life insurance companies, trading companies, and Internet ventures on themes including business reform and management accounting system development.

I moved to GREE, where I led the establishment of the group's corporate governance and risk management systems. In the process, he supported the formation of various teams and focused on supporting the growth of employees.

Based on what I have cultivated in my career path, I joined Concord with the desire to help solve the career problems of more people.
