京都大学文学部（心理学専修）卒業後、新卒でコンコードに入社。 その後、ボストン・コンサルティング・グループにて、エネルギー、テクノロジー、消費財、官公庁など幅広い業界・テーマを対象とした全社戦略案件や自社採用活動に従事。

多数のプロジェクトに取り組む中、クライアントとの良好な関係を築くことで信頼を獲得したり、チームメンバー同士が気持ちよく働ける関係性を醸成することで、チームのパフォーマンスが向上したりなど、「個人個人との信頼関係を大切にすることで、チームや組織の成長を支えている」という手応えを、何度も感じてきました。

これらの経験から、より多くの方一人一人にしっかりと向き合い、「個人」の魅力や可能性を広げることのできるキャリアコンサルタントを志向し、コンコードエグゼクティブグループに再び参画いたしました。

Hikaru HamamotoExecutive Consultant

After graduating from Kyoto University, majoring in psychology, Hikaru Hamamoto started her career at Concord Executive Group. Then she joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and experienced a wide range of projects in the field of energy, media technology and consumer goods, etc., some of which were for the government offices. She was also involved with hiring at BCG.
Through working on multiple projects, she often felt that building strong relationships with clients and fostering positive working environment for the team members could enhance overall team performances. She also felt that she contributed to the growth of both the team and the organization when she was nurturing trust with each member.
These experiences have made her aspire　to become a career consultant who can engage deeply with each person and help expand their unique character and potential. It became natural for her to join Concord Executive Group again.
