慶應義塾大学経済学部卒業後、新卒でリクルート入社。人材領域の広告営業・業務企画を経験。同社シンガポール法人で両面型人材紹介コンサルタントに従事。シンガポールに進出する日系・外資系企業の採用支援、当地に就業希望される日本人・外国人の候補者の転職支援を行い、MVP多数受賞。

帰国後、総合系コンサルティングファームのKPMGコンサルティング入社。消費財・小売・サービス業界セクターにて、主に人材サービス企業に業務改革・DX戦略・新規事業開発、飲料メーカーにデータ利活用戦略、商社にシステム構想策定等を支援。社長賞受賞。マネジャー昇進後、人材サービス企業を中心に案件開拓・プロジェクトリード・メンバー育成に従事。また、育児休業を取得し、男性育児休業取得率向上に係る社内のダイバーシティ推進活動に貢献。

日本・海外での人材ビジネス経験、経営コンサルティングの実務経験を活かし、個人に対して長期的な関係性を前提とした本質的なキャリア設計を支援すべく、コンコード参画。

Keita FujisakiChief Executive Consultant

After graduating from Keio University with a B.A. in Economics, Keita Fujisaki started his career at Recruit Co., Ltd, where in the beginning he worked in advertising sales and business planning in the human resources area. When he was transferred to Recruit's Singapore office and worked as a recruitment consultant, his success there has won him multiple MVP awards. When he returned to Japan, he joined KPMG Consulting, where he supported HR service companies with their business operations improvement, DX strategies, and new business development.
After he was promoted to a manager at KPMG consulting, his responsibilities shifted to project development and member training. Continuing his pursuit to supporting individuals with their careers, he became a consultant at Concord.
